Welcoming back Rhonda

We had a little visit from Rhonda this morning - while Joy is holidaying around Yorkshire, Rhonda filled in this morning and took the class.    I am pleased to confirm Rhonda will be taking a class one day every month - and for anyone who knows her, you will be glad to hear it will be in the afternoon!!!   The first class will be Wednesday 13th June at 1pm to 3pm and cost is £8.50.  Welcome back Rhonda! xx

buttons buttons buttons

I have just finished bagging up lots of little button bags - we have gorgeous colours  including Spring, Summer and Autumn, mixed blues and pinks - not sure where Winter has gone... maybe subconsciously I am too cold to bag winter buttons....   get more of those spring and summer ones out to encourage the sun!!   All the bags are 75p so you can mix and match and get lots of variety.

Bank Holiday Monday in Portglenone Bluebell Festival

We had a lovely family trip to Portglenone Forest for the Bluebell Festival today - shame it rained the entire time!!!  The bluebells were gorgeous and there was a little treasure hunt laid on for the kids (although a reward at the end is usually part of a treasure hunt in my opinion ;)) along with some storytelling.   The sun came out as we were driving home of course, but by that stage both my  boys were fast asleep in the car so we headed on home and back into the rain.     Back to work tomorrow and no doubt the sun will come out!!!   

birthday party time

Today I hosted a lovely group for Emma's 11th birthday party. They made decoupage cards and we squeezed in a quick stamping lesson at the end before the party headed to McDonalds for tea. Parties are £7.50 per head and there's no age limit ;)
