Maria's Card Class 28th April

We are making some gorgeous cards today with Maria -this one is Chipped Sapphire distress ink background with the Woodware Agapanthus single clear magic stamp background stamped over the sapphire, then Labels 20 from SPellbinders border with one of the Woodware sentiments stamps from the set of four entitled JGCL555.    What do you think?  I love it!!

MME papers for May scrapbooking kit

We received our papers for our May scrapbooking kit today - they are On the Sunny Side from My Minds Eye - one of my favourite ranges purely for the top quality of the paper which is a good thick gsm.    If you are interested in subbing to our kits, they start at £10.99 and go up to £15.99 if you want to add in coordinating ribbons and blooms.   This price includes postage or you can pick up the kit from the shop in Merville, Newtownabbey.

Creative Craft Show, Kings Hall Spring 2012

Well its all over (for now!)  for another spring... we had a great three days at the Kings  Hall, met lots of new crafters and had a wee catch up with our fellow N.Ireland shops,Heather from Doodle Crafts in Cookstown and Stephanie from Forget Me Nots in Belfast.    Always nice to chew the fat with other craft shop owners :)

Now we can get on with the rest of our spring classes starting with Scrapbooking this Tuesday night with Tara - £10 includes patterned papers and cardstock - just bring your photos - then this Saturday 28th is childrens crafts in the morning, and Maria's cardmaking at 1pm til 4pm - £15 - if you want to book a space, phone the shop - we open again on Tuesday morning at 10am.  See you all soon!!

Joy's paperbag gift

This week  Joy had her papercrafting night on Tuesday - the ladies were in for a treat - they made paper bags with cardstock, paper doilies, stamps, Cosmo Cricket scrapbook paper, and our X-cut dimension butterfly punch (only one left in stock right now!!) - inside the bag is a little mini handbag which folds out for a lovely message as a very special card.
